Shipping & returns

Packaging
Of course you expect your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore we prepare all packages with the utmost  care. All chocolates will be shipped in strong boxes with shock-absorbing wraps, and, if necessary, with temperature protecting materials.

Delivery
The delivery of your chocolates is done by PostNL or bpost (Belgium).

Once we receive your order and payment, your products are prepared for shipment in 1 to 5 working days. You will always be informed as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

In the rare case a product is ordered and is found later to be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the opportunity to get your money back, choose an alternative product or pick a new shipping date.

Shipping costs
Belgium:  from 6,95 EUR (the shipping costs of bpost apply)  

The Netherlands: 7,50 EUR (the shipping costs of PostNL apply)

Shipping costs to foreign destinations can be displayed using the tool in the shopping cart of our online shop. Depending on destination we will use PostNL, bpost DPD.
